By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Simple as that.

2. The service

This service lets you upload files and get shareable links. Anonymous uploads expire after 30 days. Registered users get permanent storage. We reserve the right to delete any content at any time for any reason.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload:

• -Malware, viruses, or malicious executables
• -Content that violates any law or regulation
• -Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• -Content you don't have the rights to distribute
• -Spam or bulk automated uploads

Violation will result in immediate account termination and content removal. We may report illegal content to law enforcement.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We're not liable for unauthorized access to your account. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

5. File retention

Anonymous uploads are automatically deleted after 30 days. Registered users' files marked as permanent are kept indefinitely, but we reserve the right to remove inactive files after extended periods of no activity.

6. Rate limits

Uploads are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Exceeding limits will temporarily block your ability to upload. Don't try to circumvent these limits.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not responsible for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service. Back up your important files elsewhere.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
